Reconstruction of Jolo Elementary School

3P Foudation recognizes the power of education as an effective tool in fighting poverty, in bridging the gap between the rich and the poor, and in promoting understanding and respect between people of divergent racial and religious beliefs. Unfortunately, many children in public schools particularly in Mindanao do not have books, pencils, paper and other school materials. Classrooms are overcrowded with up to 80 students trying to huddle inside rooms meant for 35 to 40. During rainy season, the roofs leak and the floors are flooded, like this elementary school in Mindanao, which is located near the sewer.

On the other side, the officials of 3P foundation and other members conducted a feeding program and perform some entertainment to ease the pain on the minds of the children from devastating experienced.
