Tamparan, Lanao del Sur Mayor Sultan Topaan Disomimba said that the MILF rebels led by commander Mosib Nusa of the MILF 308 brigade with 6 other field commanders are now coordinating with him for their formal surrender. The Philippine Marines, Tamparan Sultan Mayor Topaan Disomimba and Sultan Armando de Rossi of the Peace and Prosperity in the Philippines (3P Foundation) together with the Joint United States Military Assistance Group (JUSMAG), led by Lt. Col. Greg Wilson met with seven MILF commanders in barangay Cadayonan here finalize the granting of livelihood programs and low-cost housing for the rebels once they will formally surrender.
