Memorandum of Agreement

Last May 14, 2005 at Manila Yacht Club, 2351 Roxas Boulevard, Manila., Commodore Romeo J. Herman of 101st PCGA, Sir Edward Artis of Knightbridge Int'l and Mr. Armando de Rossi of 3PFOUNDATION Signed a Memorandum of Agreement that endeavor them on a sustained partnership in all activities pertaining Civil Action which includes Medical and Dental Mission, Relief Goods, Adoption of Lighthouse, Adoption of Barangay and other Humanitarian Missions.
